YOU DECIDE Your Business’s Potential

I hope your autumn season is off to a great start! I hope business is going well, let's keep that momentum going. If you're in an uphill struggle, I hope you find this information useful. In this newsletter we'll explore valuable insights to help you elevate your marketing efforts:

🍁 Embrace Seasonal Themes
Fall is a fantastic time to connect through seasonal themes (I'm looking at you Halloweenies ). For restaurant owners, get creative with a limited time comfort foods like Butternut Squash Soup, or Cranberry Glazed Scones. Consider decorating and incorporating autumn colors.. then splash it all over social media .

️🟠🟢🟤⚫️ Extend the colors, imagery and messaging into your marketing efforts. Consider hiring a photographer to take photos of your limited time specials to have plenty of content for your newsletters and social media to resonate with your customers during this cozy season.

📣 Content that Connects
Engage your audience with relatable content. What does that mean? Share stories about your brand’s values or highlight success stories. Authenticity fosters loyalty and builds a stronger community around your brand.

🫦 The Power of Visuals
Visuals can increase engagement by up to 94%! Invest time in creating eye-catching graphics for your social media and marketing campaigns. Simple and free tools like Canva can help you get started, but if you know it's not for you, consider hiring a graphic designer to create compelling visuals for your business.

👯 Networking Opportunities
Autumn is a great time for [re]connecting socially and professionally. Trade shows, conventions, fall festivals, farmers/makers markets, OH MY. Look for local events, networking meetups, or even online webinars in your industry. Networking can lead to collaborations, fresh ideas, and workshops that can invigorate your business strategy. Who knows, maybe I'll see you there!

🙌 Speaking of networking, here are a few platforms I have been enthusiastic about lately:

Freelance Unlocked - An empowering and educational networking group for freelancers.

Groove - A pier driven co-working app for those that may or may not work alone, but either way appreciate the power of encouragement and goal setting.

Kirkwood Business Owners’ Association - Find your local business networking group. Be active. Contribute. Work it.
